The bill (Reg. No. 11327) suggests amending the Forest Code of Ukraine to determine the order of issuing licensing documents pertaining to the sphere of economic activity. The amendments include: “allocation of forest land plots for a long-term temporary use” and “permission to transfer forest land plots to non-forest land plots”.
It is suggested to exclude a number of provisions from the Code regarding reconciliation with relevant forestry and environmental protection authority questions arising during the change of the target purpose of forest land plots, as well as “determining the location of sites for construction of enterprises, or other objects that unfavorably affect the condition and restoration of forests”, etc. Clauses 12, 38, 90 and 98, adopted by the Law "On the List of Licensing Documents in the Economic Sector", are suggested to be excluded from the list of licensing documents in the sphere of economic activity.
